Mykola Tomenko, the Deputy Chairman of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine is convinced that the Parliament will be placed into the state of forcing to the coalition formation. It was declared by him in the interview for "Focus" magazine.
M. Tomenko declared: "They are sure to collect 226 votes." Though, he noticed that the Party of Regions probably would fail to shape the majority among Our Ukraine-People´s Self-Defence Faction, thus, M. Tomenko is convinced that the coalition which would be formed in the Parliament would be so-called "single-use" one that is it would not be formed on the faction basis, as the Constitution of Ukraine demands, instead, it would be based on the individual approach.
The Deputy Chairman is convinced that such trend of events gives the opportunity for the Party of Regions to assign the Prime Minister from the members of their political power. "If such a scenario is implemented, the Prime Minister is certain to be appointed from the members of Party of Regions as "Our Ukraine" does not have clear opinion regarding the Prime Minister´s chair: it might be Arsenii Yatseniuk, Serhii Tihipko, even Viktor Yushchenko and Ihor Tarasiuk", - M. Tomenko stated. At the same time, M. Tomenko proclaimed that probably, the Chair of the Prime Minister of Ukraine would be received by Mykola Azarov. Still, he briefed that there is a big probability of "technical" candidate for the office of the Head of the Cabinet of Ministers that is personality far from being known as a prominent political man.
M. Tomenko briefed that the state in which the Verkhovna Rada is placed now, in which shady, from the juridical point of view, coalition exists, enables the president to use the situation and appoint the early elections.
